We adopted the TimeAttend FoneLogik system last November to monitor staff time and attendance across multiple remote sites. We are delighted with the results. It has completely eradicated the need for time-sheets and cut down administration time dramatically in preparing monthly wages. Since being formed in 1972 the company remains to this day a family run entity with the founding members still active within the company.
Having used the TimeAttend suite of products for 2 years now, we find the system extremely useful for tracking the true number of hours our employees are spending on each contract. This allows us tighter control over our budgets and also ensures our operatives are paid accurately during each pay run. We find the system very flexible to our needs, allowing us to operate the ScanLogik on our biggest contract of over 100 operatives, whilst making use of the FoneLogik on our contracts with lone workers.
